Hi there!!!

I would just like to through out there that I have had tremendous luck with  "measureable" email marketing that is also affordable through Constant Contact.  Does anyone else use this service?

For me it is instant and user friendly.

So much so that I have been asked to speak on Email Marketing in my Industry to help small businesses like mine (or puny).  So here`s a tip for all of you out there, and please don`t hesitate to let me know if I could answer any questions - as I am self taught so I could probably help (hopefully!).  Or maybe we could all share some marketing tips?

If you are interested in email marketing, compare Constant Contact email marketing for your business. http://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp?pn=lavenderloungete a.

I would love to hear what you all use to keep your customers up to date and thinking of you, but more importantly - HOW TO BRING IN NEW CUSTOMERS!

Cheers!

Hi Des,

Welcome to SuN!  You have a very nice website, when of the best zencart designs I have seen in a while.  One tip, check out the zencart wiki for search enging friendly URL conversions here... http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/Contribution:Ultimate _SEO

As for contact contact, it`s not a bad service.  We use our own tools to develop email marketing campaigns for clients, but for those willing to go at it alone, it works well.

Have a good one!

Steve

What it doea it transforms the URL`s to something more readable.  Instead of having parameters at the end of the products web address, like http://www.lavenderloungetea.com/index.php?main_page=product _info&cPath=103&products_id=1021, you could incorporate the product name into the url.  This is done with URL rewriting on the server.  Some debate the merit of this in regards to search engine ranking, but it certainly doesn`t hurt.

Hi Des,

You do have a very nice site. Who do you host with? Have you outsourced a
company to build your site? I love what you have done with your Tea Shop.
Are you any closer to expanding or are you overwhelmed with your shop in
San Clemente? I`m hoping to open up a Tea Bar myself.

Cheers,

Josh
