I am the CEO/Founder of Onclaut Software (www.onclaut.com). This software was originally developed for the mortgage industry and allowed the closing documents to be signed electronically. Thereby eliminating paper, fraud, and errors. This is a "smart" software in that it is able to recognize programmed compliance rules from the user.
A patent has been applied for and required information has been supplied. Sales efforts have been non-existant since the implosion of the mortgage industry. New owner should introduce product into different market. I own 52% of the compay and am willing to sell my percentage for an extraordinarily low price. Working demo for presentations.
