Here's a website we've had for awhile but that is far from perfect... We've stared at it much too long to make heads or tails of what it needs to be better!

We're also looking for other ways to provide value for our customers... perhaps a downloadable Ecuador Coastal tour video or a free report to encourage subscription to our property listings...

We'd love to hear your brainstorms and suggestions!

Two things. Try making your "properties" tab your home page. The current home page is far more appropriate for the "about us" tab. Don't hide your product!

Second, if you have not done so already, recommend you place a print ad in International Living, www.internationalliving.com.

A decent looking website but it can be better and colorful. You have content which covers your business, videos and pictures. Let me give some hits so it helps to organize better.

Design:

It is bit dull color scheme. When I visuvalize ecuador and any south american destination, I like to colorful and greeny and eye catchy things.  Change the template and add more color to it so its tempeting to read more. You page is too long because of google adwords I guess. Take it out if you are not earning much, it just adds bad rapport.

Content:

You have lot of content and got it organized but need to little more. May be change about us, service menu to say "Who are we?, What we offer?, think outside the box and talk to people. Check out my website www.firsttimecruising.com to get some idea. About us page explains you guys well enough but all contents are center justified. Try to make it left justified to add professionalism.  FAQ section is good but add Top button after every qustion so allows users to go to top instead of scrolling. Property page, add descriptions and introduce first instead of just listing properties. Services page, stick to services list and add pictures at end as album or so it won't take full page.

Marketing and SEO:

I don't see meta tags and meta keywords for your website which is major thing for search engine to find your website. If they are not well placed, your site won't show up when somebody searches for related words.

Resources:

Add things to see around the place, things to do and other useful things, pros and cons for people to consider buying property in Ecuador compared to other places.

Testimonials - THey are important. If you have previous client, add their words or video clips which gives trust about your service.
