Hello, fellow SUN friends!  I am so excited to be in a place where I can finally write this post, as I have just launched my company and attribute its existence to SUN.  A theater director and choreographer based in Manhattan, I decided I refused to continue subscribing to the notion that in order to be an artist, I had to resign myself to financial insecurity and waiting for my career to "take off."  After completing the Life Plan, I chose to see if I could develop a business about the two things I love most:  theater and fine cuisine.  So I have.  Eating Their Words LLC weds a seasoned chef with three established playwrights for an integrated evening of new cuisine and new theater.  My website, www.eatingtheirwords.com, launched on Saturday, and tickets went on sale for my premiere event at The Tasting Room in Soho in March.  If you are in New York, please attend!  I am now getting unsolicited press attention, and am working with Broadway playwright and Pulitzer Prize finalist Theresa Rebeck.  Colin Alevras, the chef at The Tasting Room is enthusiastically shutting down his entire restaurant for the event if I sell enough tickets.  Anyway, it`s been an exciting three days in the life of this young company.
