JohnLocker.com was started in April 2008 and has gained great popularity in the e-learning market. Our website is used by hundreds of educational institutions and services as an e-learning tool. In face, around half of our daily users are referred from these institutions.

We are looking to expand our presence in the public sector. Half of our users are not affiliated with traditional education, but these users are typically the most passionate about this great new tool.

We have a complex national marketing plan that we want to begin in September. We are looking for capital to help us better reach our target audiences. We are wiling to exchange equity for this capital.
