A lesson learned from my former boss which I am trying to apply to my daily life right now. Its hard to do the first time, but its worth it. I have increase my efficiency, i gain admiration and respect from my boss, co-workers and friends. A time to relax and less stress.

Imagine how productive a company would be if all people are always so prepared for every task that they do, arrive early everywhere for everything?

Thank you for sharing this idea. I agree, it is better to have extra time to drink a cup or coffee or to warm up before your shift starts. And I remember reading a blog with the same idea: that warming up before working DOES boost your energy and productivity.
