I have posted my site before and got great feedback. I am hoping to get some more direct comments about how user-friendly the site is. With the downturn in the economy, I would expect more people to service appliances rather than replace them. I have been told that the site may appear too high-end because of the appliances in the flash banner. What do you think? I want to run an A/B test and I`m curious to know what the SUN community would recommend be changed. Thanks for your comments.

I thing this is very well done. You have thought it out and it shows. Only one suggestion. I had a hard time navigating back to the home page. I found the link down on the lower-mid portion of the screen. Under your flash of the different appliances. But it may be better at the top next to the other links. Though overall I really liked it.

Yes, I have to agree, you did a pretty good job. Although I see the phone number listed at the top, I don`t see a "Contact " tab near the other tabs- you may not need it but thought I would point it out. Good job.

One small idea. I`ve read studies that people are very good at avoiding ads (or what they think are ads). The location, shape, and size, of your coupon/appointment box screams ad to me and it took me nearly a minute to realize it wasn`t one.
