Does anybody know a good telemarketing service to use?

I am thinking of using a tele-marketing service to generate leads and setup appointments for my company, I have been contacted by one called TSF Enterprises they explained what they are about etc. Have any of you heard of TSF or any others you might recommend? Do you use one yourself?

Bobson, I`m not familiar with TSF, but I have a couple of clients who swear by eFulfillment. Of course, I suggest you do your own due diligence.

Thanks David Jackson but the link sent me to a shipping and e-commerce website, I am looking for a tele-marketing service, like a company that will do cold calls on my behalf and setup appointments with clients

Oooops, sorry...I thought you were looking for order-takers. Hmmmm...I used Colwell & Salmon Communications about 15 years. I was happy with their service back then.

there are some out companies out there i seen one where you record your message into a .wav format and upload your contact list and it just auto dials everyone , don`t know if that is something you want i do know it saves your leads and people that are interested, it works with skype

Any time such a service "contacts" you what does that tell you?

It tells you they need to to PUSH marketing to sell their service -
and in such a circumstance you should ask A LOT of questions
and walk away if they are secretive or weird with you. Most
will be.

It really depends on several different factors. How many sales reps do you have to run your leads? What type of product/service are you selling? What is your net profit from the product/service once a sale is made and what are your sales rep closing rates (these will determine whether outsourcing your telemarketing is even financially viable)? If you`re a small business, it may be better to just hire a couple of telemarketers to make calls from your office. Sales rep usually like to know the person who set their leads. Just some things to think about
