I`m a small business located in Maryland, I repairs computers, and do training, I have seen many customers complaining about having problems with Dell computers, and how it takes so long for dell to send someone to fix this computers, Does anyone knows how I can contact Dell or whom to contact to be able to do these kind of repairs for them as quick as possible, insteady  of their customer waiting for so long?

Personally I wouldn`t bother. The company I work for does repair with no shortages of Dells. One thing I can say is that I personally would focus more on building service contracts with businesses. We have never really not had business but knowing the paycheck is coming in every month would change some things. I would also get your CCNA / MCSE. Hope that helps.
