I have an idea for a site that connects restaurant owners.  I have a few people tell me that restaurant owners are too busy to be online.

What do you think?

If they are not busy, they are out of business.

It is a grueling business.

But if they see the value in something they will use it, especially to gain an edge.

I don`t give too much info.  I would hate someone to steal my idea.

They would talk about what it takes to start a restaurant and questions they might have on vendors, equipment, etc.

I would guess that if they were to do that, they would do it in a well known place in that industry, something like rimag

Another view on it, what with online chat rooms and forums being well-known these days, is that most special interest groups have alread found or built a way to interact. If there aren`t a whole lot of restaurant connectivity sites, how come?
