Glad you posted those links. I'll include them on my short list. Do follow sites are very effective to get more traffic.

Here's a fairly recent list of do-follow forums; just register, and  contribute something meaningful to the forums. Use your manners -- don't just post crap to the board, but read and follow along and try to answer people's questions.

Then, once you've posted a few, create a signature in your profile, and include a link to your site.

For extra juice, you can then submit your forum posts to ping services like http://feedshark.brainbliss.com/  , so your forum posts get indexed fast and start counting as backlinks to your site.

In fact, this list is how I found StartupNation!

There is required to follow the strategy of the SEO to get the high and effective Page Rank. Another thing is that there is two types of the posting as: "Do follow" and "No follow" but there is preferable to post any comment in "Do follow" sites. As initial point there is difficult to find out the list but at the end you get the efficient sites to post your comment.

Dofollow blogs are great for making links to your site, you can find dofollow blogs via tools like fast blog finder or scrapebox. Scrapebox is really awesome tool for your link building and it is pretty cheap imho.

Gosh... I wish I read this post few weeks ago. Thanks for sharing the list!!!

One question, if the blog is already out there for months and no new reply is being posted recently, should I still leave a comment?

Great thread! Lots of very useful information.

I mainly use my site to promote my local off line business. So when Google changed the rules on how it is ranking local businesses, my site fell off the radar. So this information will help me get my site ranked higher again.

Thanks for sharing a dofollow blog list. Niche dofollow blog helps to get good backlink. Instead of just commenting on dofollow I think we should find a niche dofollow.
