I have a business partner who is dishonest in her treatment towards employees, guests and our investors. Her deeds have become too numerous to highlight, but here is the situation...

I am attempting to buy her out of the business which she agreed to, but I may not be able to fund the purchase by my close date. I would like to fight to save the business which is financially challenged, but in case I don't, are there steps I can take to get her out of the business through court action due to her unethical operation of our business? I walked away from the operation of the business 2 years ago, but was urged to return and deal with the situation. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Well if your partner is being dishonest to the investors as well, you can bring it to their attention and get them to sue her. Just make sure you have credible proof and also you are safegaurded when you inform your investors regarding the dishonesty.
