Hi,

I`m in the middle of planning my business website, and I`m wondering how to go about a disclaimer. I`ve tried to search the internet for information, but instead just get actual disclaimers ;)

Is this something that a lawyer must do? Are there templates somewhere? Will it hold up in court?

Not saying there should be any reason for someone to sue me... but we`ve all heard about the lawsuit against McDonalds and their hot coffee... and the buglar who injured himself while breaking into a home, etc.
