Start By rolling a Lemon on the cutting board to get it nice and juicy. Cut the lemon along it’s belly and grind the lemon on the juicer. Do this until you have juiced half your lemons or until you have no more room in your juicer.
Pour the lemon juice into a cup so it can be easily measured into the tablespoon measures. Measure out 7 Tablespoons of lemon juice and pour into the 1 liter water bottle.
Next using the same tablespoon measure add 7 Tablespoons of maple syrup into the bottle. Finally add your cayenne if you choose to add it to the lemonade (optionally you can make your capsules to take periodically throughout the day.
Repeat this process for the second bottle. You will end up with 2 bottles of the Lemonade that you will sip on throughout the day. You can take as much water as you would like while on the Lemonade Diet. I usually end up taking a 2-1 Lemonade to Water ratio.
