Please take a look at my blog. I am a diabetic pastry chef, hence the title www.diabeticpastrychef.com.  I teach diabetics how to bake pastries that actually taste good, but will not adversely affect their blood glucose levels. I also sell baking mixes, cereals and gift baskets for diabetics.

I checked your blogs and I can say that most recipes are delicious and I can't believe that those are good pastries to make for diabetic people on eating sweets.

You are doing a great thing, many diabetic sweet lovers will bless you, my dad is diabetic too and he craves to have a byte of some sweet.
