I work as a trainer in a large firm.

I would like to develop courses for the firm but also retain the copyright and the right to market them to the general public.

Any advice on how I might approach this?

Thanks,

Craig

In most cases as an employee they own the fruit of your labor. It seems to me that the best approach is to just ask for what you want. One thing to keep in mind before you ask; make sure the person you`re asking has the authority to say "yes", otherwise you`re sure to get a "no".

I suggest a like-minded E- or V- for video, Learner Series option, currently being promoted as a complimentary SUN IncubatorModel option for the best SUN Project example of Web2.o multimedia tools offer for educating Netrepreneurs. Please visit this THREAD and be the authority for a special training video starring You, as the copyright owner, using a freelance, SCATE technology sponsored, content creation format of delivering your services to SUN netrepreneurs and the buying power of the Web2.0 SUN Marketplace. I am not an authority. I am a dispenser of community probable solutions. Based on collective representation. ThankYou for your consideration.
