Hello everyone,

You got some very good respoonses.  Cool

I'd like to add an ebook that I found online that has proven to be a great resource for me.

It taught me a lot about building a website and how to control your own website as well.

I think this type of knowledge is a must for all of us online even if we decide to outsource some of our task. it would benefit us greatly to know HOW to do it as well.

Here's the link if you're interested.  http://www.2thinkandmakemoney.ws

Oh yeah, I almost forgot this Ebook is Totally Free.

Heritage Web Solutions does not care about your business...at all. They just want your money. Pick a web designer from this site or a local web designer. Much more worthwhile.

I would highly recommend posting your project requirements on a site like guru.com, and then you will receive 30+ responses from potential web developers / designers bidding on your project.  I have found that many of the freelancers on guru.com are reasonably priced and good at what they do.

Best,

Jeff

I'd look for someone in your local area first. Definately do your research as far as price is concerned because there are developers out there that price gouge. If you research on the net and find out what other's are charging you'll have a better idea of what it's worth for you.

My buddies do fast, professional websites with a quick turnaround so you can compare their packages at Web Page Developer World. But definately research on price and get the most bang for you buck.

It's kind of a cookie cutter system they have going there.  On top of that they make you sign a contract for hosting with hosting fees starting at 35 -65 dollars.  If you decide that they are not right for you then you must pay the remaining contract or they will not sign over your domain.
