Today’s Flag Icon can be found on the profile page of a community member who was featured in a Community Podcast during February. There have been 8 community podcasts so far in February.

Special Note: You do NOT need to listen to any podcast in order to find and capture this flag.

Clue: The featured independent entrepreneur musician on this podcast is the daughter of the featured community member.

Now for the “tip” part:

Listening to a fellow entrepreneur can be a terrific motivator to start and grow your own business. An audible voice brings an extra intensity and intimacy in addition to the written word. You can listen to StartupNation podcasts right on your computer, it is not necessary to have an ipod or any other portable player. Plus, you can rewind and fast forward so that you’re certain to catch all the pearls of wisdom on your own time schedule.
