Hi All,

I am looking to revamp my daily task lists. I have things I want to accomplish & like the idea of using an Action Plan. I would like your feedback on what you think the best way is to organize your daily tasks. I really would like a database or system that allows me to insert the big goals and then list the tasks needed to accomplish that goal. Any suggestions for databases or systems that offer this type of organization? I don`t want to recreate the wheel if I don`t have to!

Thanks & God Bless,

Tyra

Have you read Getting Things Done by David Allen?  There are some products on his site to help you organize your tasks.

Tyra,

This might be major overkill but SourceGear has a product called "Fortress" that I use. This product is free for one user. Technically this product is used for software development source control and software development projects (I am a software developer by trade) but the project aspect allows you to create projects, tasks, milestones etc. So if Outlook does not give you enough options take a look at Fortress.

In my opinion, just make a good old fashioned to do list and call it a day....
