Nice idea for a site.  There is definitely a very large and growing market for what you are selling.

Since you`re looking for a critique, here are few things that come to mind when I visit.

1) The logo is horrible.  Specifically the bright yellow-greenish color.  Almost any other color would look better...

2) Navigation is confusing.  Menus and Links are all over the place.

3) Overall, it just gives a vibe of an amateurish site.  Having tried myself to integrate certain elements, such as javascript menus and newsletter sign-ups into websites, I understand the frustration in getting things to look and act right.  But your interface IS your product.  Getting a VERY clear picture of what it should look like and how it should work is essential.  Less is more.

Here is a great article that I recently read that might help: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008/08/26/how-simple-web-design-helps-your-business/

Best of Luck,
Charlie

I agree with Charlie702 about the logo. You should really invest in a new one. It is usually best to hire a professional designer for a logo. It is worth the investment, as you will leverage the logo in everything your business does.

Also, is there any way for you improve the quality of your photos?

I do not understand your differentiation. I recommend that you explain why you are different and why site visitors should buy from you as opposed to any other site selling the same products.

Hope that this is helpful.

The only problem I see with the logo is the colors. Yellow/green is a really bad background color.

I had no problem navigating, but your photos really are bad.  OK, they really suck.  Most are out of focus and many don`t show all the product details.

Photos are much better.  If you shoot them yourself, try using more light to force the camera aperture to close more.  This will provide more depth of field of the products.  If you hired a pro to shoot them, fire them.

Maybe it`s just me .... DIY, to me, is short for Do It Yourself .... and with that in mind, I think of books, guides or videos that show you, in basic simplistic terms, how to do something you aren`t familiar with .... plumbing around the house, automotive work, etc ..... the products you have look to me like miscellaneous hardware and devices, nothing that comes across in the standard DIY idea.

The words in first line in the gray area look like they should be links, but aren`t clickable.
