Have you found a list of manufacturers who might want your products? If not, I would start there. Once you have that list, cold call, visit, email, etc. all the manufacturers on that list. Even if they don't buy, try to get feedback from them. Why don't they want to buy from you? Are your prices too high? etc.
After that, I would try to find an event of some kind near you to setup a booth and talk and interact with your intended market of manufacturers. Take what you learned from trying to sell to the manufacturers and tweak what you have to offer. Then see if anyone is more willing to buy from you at the event. Again solicit feedback. Keep tweaking until you make your first sale.
