Hi

I have made an opt-in box to promote a free eBook which describes how to build a successful Long-Term Membership Site.

I would like to get some constructive advice on the headline, the design and on the offer itself. Is there anything I could do to improve the offer? Is the offer easy to understand? Does the eBook download easily?
