Good morning folks,

I kindly ask for your recommendations/suggestions/complaints of my website offering web hosting for a one time charge.

I`ve attempted to advertise in a variety of ways but have had minimal results and am hoping that through your suggestions I can increase sales. I value all of your opinions and thank you for your time.

You have mysql error messages on your sign up page.

2 main issues I have with it ....

1) The main page imagery doesn`t make me think about web hosting .... I`m not sure what the picture of the lady is conveying, but for a hosting company, I`m thinking images of servers and so forth would tie it all together .... unless you can hire Danica Patrick away from GoDaddy .... :)

2) You know the saying "If it sounds too good to be true .... "? Sorry, but that`s the feeling I get .... it just seems like you offer too much unlimited this and unlimited that for a one time fee.

Also, the "Lifetime" part to me is a bit misleading at first, since in the footnote ( and buried in the TOS ) you mention it`s for one domain name you sign up for .... and I don`t know if this can this be a domain I already own, or have to buy through you? And if through you, where is the price? Do I have to keep renewing it through you as part of your system to keep the one time fee? You also don`t do actual hosting but outsource it?

There is no mention of shared/virtual hosting, the equipment you`re using, back up generators if needed, support contact information, etc. People that have worked with other hosting companies may look for that info, and it can be a big factor in deciding to work with a host.

Your SEO is almost nil for your main page; there is really nothing to help you in search rankings.

Most people would see this as an unsustainable business model, so failure is likely.  Why on earth would anyone risk their business on such a shakey foundation?  Your TOS has grammatical errors and the list of what you cannot do is much too restrictive.  You offer unlimited storage, unless you actually want to store something there.  You offer unlimited bandwidth, unless you actually have too much bandwidth.  If it`s legal in the US, then it`s legal on your server, unless it`s adult oriented material.  Why do you even care?  Besides, if you don`t look at the files on the server, how would you know?  Also, your guarantee is laughable - if CANN fails to deliver, you will credit the hosting fee - a onetime lifetime payment?

Too many promises and conflicting terms to be trusted.  What the big print gives, the fine print takes away.

You may be legit, but your website screams otherwise.

I like the concept, but as Videography pointed out the conflict with your TOS says one thing and the front another. I might give your service a try going into the new year all the same.

Your layout is OK, the bad thing is that it looks like just about every other host out there. Maybe you if you broke the mold and went toward a more Web 2.0 feel with the design it might be stickier to eyes.

Good luck with it. I have worked for a hosting company and it`s a hard, cut throat game.
