I`m not crazy about the writing style.

For instance, you write:
"We are specialized in providing leading edge software applications, disciplined technology implementation, high quality IT consulting, and software training. We have a great proven success track record in providing high quality IT consulting to numerous fortune 500 clients to succeed in their software implementations."

You`d be better off with more simple and direct language like:
"We provide leading edge..  Our clients include Fortune 500 clients such as Ding and Dong."

Bottom line is to write like you`re talking to me in person.

I am assuming you`re not a professional web designer, so I`m going to go lightly on you... After visiting your web site, there was nothing on the front page that captivated me to read your content... There are not attention grabbers, or anything that would make me want to read your content. I had to force myself to read your front page for the sake of this conversation.

I don`t know what it is about the design but it`s not inviting it is very dull and boring... I have a good suggestion for you... if this was a home made web site? hire a professional that will give you a good presentation and a good web site.

I like the basic design and clean pages.  The copywriting needs some help, though.  There`s too much text written in the passive voice.  Be more aggressive in describing the benefits of your services.

i like the simple, not too cluttered design. But like some other guys said, copywriting needs some work, there is nothing attention catching on the front page.

Well overall it seems to be unfinished at this point? I clicked on the web design and development button and it seemed to take me away from the main site, and the other 2 buttons led me to nothing at all.

The other thing that I would point out is there is too much "white space", the background is all white and so is the page background----a bit glaring on the eyes. Personally I also find the gray text hard to read, I prefer the black text on white. I see that it may be a trend at this time, but it is a personal thing for me. I do like the general look of the site and I will check out some of the other links too.
