Hello Nation,
I am launching restaurantjobhunter.com. I would like for jobhunter to be more of a community site for foodservice professionals to come together and discuss various topics centered around career advancement and enjoyment. I think if I work toward making it a destination site, the job board aspect will take care of itself. Does anyone have any ideas of things that I could do to improve the site and to move it more toward my community site goal? Right now we are in the process of adding blogs, podcast, and articles from recruiters and chefs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
