I used the local SCORE office just last week, not much help!  They don`t gather that much info either, just your basic plan, not detailed, and the only numer they got from me was a phone#.

I`m wondering if they have a legal DUTY to keep the information confidential  - or just say they will keep the information confidential.

James,

Good question. My understanding that any disclosure to any federal agency is open to sharing with any other federal agency. I have a hard time believing that SCORE info doesn`t get fed to the IRS, Commerce, etc.

And I`m kind of ok with that. if I have to pay my fair share, why shouldn`t everyone?
