Ok so i just i got my website up still need to fix a few bugs in it though. But i have been search for a way to be different, recognizable and memorable thats what a corporate identity is for right. after the web site, the hosting and every thing else i had to buy  i have a little over $200 left and i want to spend it on my business identity. what i need is a logo a new booklet design and some business cards. Do any of the sun members do any of those things?????

I think you`re looking for a graphic artist? They`ll usually develop a logo, then colors, and an overall look-and-feel. Y`know who`s good at this (and I`m sure there are other community members), is LogoMotives (Jeff).

Craig -

Thanks so much for the mention - and, yes, there are also other graphic designers on the SuN who do similar work.

The interesting thing about the original poster`s request is that what he has left in his budget won`t even cover a couple hours of my time - and an effective corporate identity (and supporting materials) should require much more thought and effort.

I run into similar situations quite often.  While the corporate identity package should be one of the initial things considered by a new business owner - or at least part of the original business plan - it is often one of the last elements given serious thought and planning.

Here`s an article I wrote on just this topic:

The high cost of saving money on a business image

Again, Craig, thanks for the referral/recommendation.

Hire an attorney specializing in patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Another community member who comes to mind, in this instance, would be PatentAndTrademark (James)

Sergio I`d just pick a nice font for your business name and go with that for now. Many brands are just a font.
