I think a while back we were talking about whether or not everyday tasks and oddjobs could be the basis for a start-up opportunity.

I found one the other day as I was searching around for someone to help me replace my attic staircase.

Turns out there is a cool company called www.Mrhandyman.com.  They offer many services, and it`s great for us home entreprenpreneurial women (whose husband`s are task challenged).

They will do anything around the house that you can think of, big or small...they are very polite and professional.   Acutally, my rep just called to confirm our "appointment".  When have you ever heard a "handyperson" refer to your job as an appointment!

Check it out, if I weren`t doing what I`m doing, I`d look in to their franchise opportunities.

Thanks for the endorsement.  My dh is great at earning money, but not great at fixing the leaky toilet upstairs...  I guess I`d rather have the first quality - LOL!

One of my dh`s hobbies (he`s a serial entrepreneur at heart) is to look at franchise opportunities and dream about them.  His current favs are Great Harvest Bread Company (`cause we LOVE their bread) and an eBay store (I Sold It On eBay or something like that).  There really are some interesting franchise opportunities out there.

Kim,

DH sounds as if he`ll find something fabulous soon.  Best of luck.
