Hello Everybody!

I`m open to any tips in creating systems in a family business scenario.

Any resources you can suggest?

I think the conflict would be who has more equity in the business, and who makes the decisions. Who takes over the company after the leader falls? I believe there should be a plan, and update it every year based on the shareholders.
