I have noticed that same thing everyone else seems to be recognizing. "not a lot of straight career paths." I think people act as if they have a path to career success, but I think most of us take what opportunities are presented and hope to achieve greater opportunities in the future.

It`s great to see how many people have wandered from occupation to occupation, and they seem to be making their way through life... some individuals more successful than others, but nonetheless, succeeding.

Vincent,

thanks for pointing out the link problem (and thanks to Steve as well); I was typing `manager` so many times!!!! All working now.

I love to change `roles` and learn new things. I am always wanting to improve things - so I do and then move onto the next problem/role. When I get work for corporates I am asked to `sort out their biggest problem` - which I love doing!!!

Andrew
