A wise entrepreneur friend once told me - “Other than sales, what will make you successful is spending prudently. Cash is hard to come by so use it on only things that will make you grow.” This has forever changed me, from building my own office furniture for my first start up and making it a traditional for each new hire to do the same to throwing a painting party and inviting friends to get the office ready. Being efficient is all about ROI and spending money on anything that doesn`t produce a return is a waste to me.
