Hi all, This is my first post being a lurker to startupnation. I`m wondering if are there complications with paying for services here in the US with an out of country contractor for software development services. Canada specifically. How is this taxed, are standard contracts for software IP worth any value across the border? If this is too vague please advise on some links for me to get more educated on this issue.
