Soon there will be updated profiles for everyone signed up to Startup Nation. Knowing there is an update in format coming, should we be updating our current profile?

I say, "yes."

Please fill out, and periodically re-read what you have written. I do use the profile section to learn if individuals are in a position to help. Startup Nation has the great ability to bring people together, but only if your profile is up to date...

I know I will going back to update mine soon. I can`t wait for the new profiles to be online.

I would like to know your favorite magazine.  You can tell a LOT about someone by their favorite magazine.  If a women says it`s "Soap Opera Digest", 9 times out of 10, she`s going to be "all drama, all the time".

Isn`t that kind of like judging a magazine by it`s cover?  ;)  he he.  I couldn`t help myself there.

My favorie magazine is Dwell. I can`t wait until I`m making enough to build a house worthy of the cover.

Favorite magazine is good. How about:

About my business (or business-to-be)
Where I see myself in x years
Expertise/skills/talents
Goals for this week
Goals for this month
Goals for this year
Hobbies
Family life
Favorite music, movies/tv, books
Favorite quotes
Accomplishments I`m proud of
Things I`ve learned from
People I admire

I could go on and on... I`m excited about this!

I like the business factoids Chris suggested...

  • About my business (or business-to-be)
  • Where I see myself in x years
  • Expertise/skills/talents
  • Goals for this week
  • Goals for this month
  • Goals for this year
  • Accomplishments I`m proud of

I love the "accomplishments I`m proud of." My proud moments do not typically match my jobs... until accomplishing "starting a business."
