Hello, this is my first post on here and I have a question conserning a secondary investment and how to figure out how much the company is worth, and how much equity to give in a secondary investment.
Very small start up, the initial investment total investment was $6,000
We are currently 1 year into the business being operational and are in need of another $4,000.
But we do have sales and are projecting to sales to grow over the next 5 years.
How would I calculate the worth of the extra $4,000 coming into the company at this moment?
