I would be greatful if someone can point me towards articles, websites or books that deal with the managment of company shares for employees.
In my business all shares are owned by key employees and this is the sole compensation at this time for these employees (other hires are paid). Issue is, some employees should be dilutes and others` shares increased based on contribution (e.g. hours) to the company`s success. I have some ideas but don`t know of any standard methods in calculating this.
