I am setting up a new Healthcare Recruitment Agency and need a good name. Any ideas?

I don`t have any specific idea`s for the name, but I have some advice on going about to pick one. The name should be something that symbolizes what you and your company represents. Theirs alot of names and idea`s, but try to narrow it down to what you want the overall message to be. "Youtube" for example represents exactly what they want the person behind the computer to do. Hope this helps good luck.
