I am considering a position as a sales rep for a reputable website selling advertising. No salary. 10% commission–they collect the money and they provide me the leads. All phone sales. This would be my first sales position and I am wondering what kinds of questions to ask about the company/position. I can sell almost anything. I trust the company. I am considering working 10-15 hours from home. I would leave my current positions (self-employed) to give this a try.  That is the big hurdle...how to make it that first month.

Questions to ask?

Do I have any negotiating power?

Thanks,
C
