I didn`t know where to put this, but I have a question about commercial leasing. I am sure it varies from state to state, but I would like to find information on commercial tenant`s rights.

It is for a local non-profit organization, whom I feel is being treated very unfairly by the landlord. If anyone has any information or advice, please let me know.
