I have SEO related question about comment on blog. Is google gives Priority to comment on blog for search engine rankings? links on blogs by comment allow to search engine spiders?

I agree with Vwebworld. No priority given there. It is all about page rank when determining priority. Many blog links are also encoded so they are not as good as regular hardcoded links.

Just a quick clarification -- "nofollow" doesn`t prevent bots from following the link altogether, it just prevents any weighting from that link in the ranking algorithms.

I agree with you guys. Many blogs set the comment feature as a "nofollow" these days. I still comment on blogs though. Not so much for getting backlinks, but rather to socialise with other fellow bloggers.

If the intention is to get backlinks, it is better to find blogs with high PR.
But first make sure that it is not set as a "nofollow."
To see if it is set as "nofollow" is very easy.
Just check the page source code.
If you are using firefox, you can click on "Edit" then "Find."
Then simply type in "nofollow" in the find search tab, and see if the comments link are set to "nofollow" or not.
Nevertheless, this procedure is quite time consuming.
For me, if the intention is to get backlinks, I think it is better to focus on other tactics such as:

• Article writing
• Submitting to web directories

The best way is take a experience by yourself or you can take care when you comment to blog....because ..on one can give you assured answers...we all think like that by ourselves....

google give little priority to blog than forums..etc..but still have effect when comment to blog..

you'd better to comment to "dofollow"blogs..rather than "nofollow"blogs except those high PR

you can still have a try....
