By the way, I talked with my bankers (note there`s more than one), and they reminded me to ask this additional question: What security do you propose to put up for this investment of some money?
If you have no security, I would assume you`d be willing to place ownership of all assets, fixtures, and so forth in my name until such time as the investment was paid back? Or would you be offering me equity in the company?
If that`s the case, then I`d like to see some figures on how many people and what sort of profit you expect to turn, over what period of time.
