Please feel free to post me questions about starting a Coffee/Espresso buisness. I have experiance and industry connections. I have five years in the buisness from wholsale to retail.  Face it any buisness that makes it this far, is doing somthing right.  My secret? Superior product and customer service.

That is what it is all about...service and a great product! One of my close friends owns a fair trade coffee company and has a roasting plant. He recently sold his coffee shop part and is strictly focused on his coffee. He is very passionate about be a concienous coffee company and I think it is great. We are currently working to redesign his site to match the new labels we created for his coffee. How do you market your wholesale coffeee and at what stores or companies do you supply?

Erin-Happy New Year! And may it be fantastic!  I Direct solicit, use referals, offer samples, and count on word of mouth.  So far, my co is small enough for me to do that, but in this next year there are marketing plans in the works.  I suppy resturaunts, espresso drive thrus and espresso cafes. I have a growing retail mial order sales based off of forums and samples ;)
