I am planning to invest in a china manufacturing - china suppliers company but I don't really understand the flow of the company's business. I am planning to buy 10% shares on their company but I am not really familiar on those chinese products.

In this case, you should first study, examine, and determine the business before you hopped in. It might be illegal or it might also be scam, so it is better to be safety and secure.
