I have developed a concept and menu for a limited service cafe/ deli that will sell to-go breakfast and lunch items packaged in biodegradable containers. I have written business plan for the next three years. I met with the owner of the cafe space for rent and he seems to like my ideas and business plan. I am looking for either an investor or working partner to acquire up to 50 percent ownership (depends on your investment). Complementary skills are what I look for in a working partner. I'm a chef that rocks in a kitchen. If you have an interest/ experience in food service industry or retail, hit me up. I'm also looking for a barista/ cashier who can greet customers with a smile. I'm resourceful and passionate so I understand that a startup is not for the faint-hearted. I read Inc Magazine, Restaurant Startup & Growth, Entrepreneur and Night Club & Bar, etc. Besides putting out great tasting food, I'm good with social media and have the traits of a small business owner. Together we can create a profitable future running a socially-conscious and successful business.
