My first impression when I saw your site was that this was an old website that hasn`t been updated in several years. You need to figure out what look you are going for. Professional, Country, fun etc... It looks extremely country right now and I don`t know if that is a good selling point for the masses. Look at some examples on this website
http://www.cssremix.com of the more modern sites and you may get a better feel of a clean and professional design. Aslo you should think about not using tables the next time you redesign your site and using strictly CSS for layout.
Your first priority should be improving your site navigation, either links on the left side or across the top under the header. I also feel that you have way to many links. If you could expand your design space to 1002px wide most visitors will not have to scroll left and you will be able to shorten the length of the site will adding navigation in a left side bar and content on the right side bar making it possible to eliminate some of the pages.
I also feel that you could use a logo and a completely different header. The drop shadows and the text just don`t show up clean at all.
I feel your color scheme needs some improvements also The purple and dark blue may be a little to harsh for your main text. Also your text is way to large.
The layout of your order page needs some improving also. First when you click on the "order online" link it takes you to a page where the same link is at the bottom. I would just remove it on the "order online" page. I`m not sure how I would change the overall flow of your order process but I would really analyze how my customers are going to browse my products and see what you can improve.
The links on your "about us" page are not showing up. Looks like you forgot to close several of your <span> tags.
Sorry for all the negatives!!! Just remember.... "Opinions are like A**holes, everybody has one and they all stink"

Good luck with your site.
