Does anyone know if there are Web sites similar to freelancing places, where investors can connect with companies looking for capital? I know there are venture capital sites, where that particular group is available, but has anyone put together a sort of clearing house forum?

"I`m a company, here`s my prospectus" on one tab, and "We`re an investment group seeking a company" tab. Something like that.

Wil Schroter, who is behind this site, offers his book, Go Big or Go Home, near the bottom of the page. Excellent book, IMHO. Free download. What ya got to lose by reading it?

Be careful on this site. There are many scams going on between investors asking for retainer fees from entrepreneurs. They are contacting people from overseas. Mostly, the UK. Just be careful, and critical think about what the person is asking of you.
