Here is one I made the night before last:

take one Cedar Plank about 8" by 18 " by 1/4 " and soak it in water for a couple of hours(make sure it is natural and no chemicals on it).

Take a Salmon(I prefer wild) and place it in a container (tupperware will do). For marinade you can get some off the shelf marinades..I like one called "Soy Vay".  (I make my own marinades but that is for another time) Also take a pear and slice thinly. Poor the marinade over the salmon.

take the portobello mushrooms (2 large ones will do) and cut up along with Red Onion and Yello Peppers also cut up. Place them onto foil and poor over olive oil, add chopped galric,a couple of sprigs of thyme, pepper and salt(lightly)

With your Grill place the soaked board onto the grill when the wood is  little singed (on the side)place on the Salmon(with sliced pear placed over the Salmon).  Also place the vegetables with the foil enclosing the veggies.

Let cook for about 15 minutes or to taste.

Serve with sourdough rolls and garlic butter.

For a drink serve with a pitcher of Sangria or Mohitos.

While it sounds like a lot of work the entire project takes 20 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to cook and serve.  Do this and you look like the Master Griller/Chef.

Enjoy

Thanks for the recipe.  Sounds really good.  I`ll have to try this one out this weekend for dinner!  I was actually thinking about making some Sangria this weekend, now I have something to eat while drinking it :)

Remember to drink the Sangria WITH  the dinner and not before...it will ruin your taste buds...

if you want try this Spicy Sangria recipe I grabbed off the web...it was pretty good

 1 Bottle of red wine

 1 Lime cut into wedges

 1 Lemon cut into wedges

 1 Orange cut into wedges

 2 Tbsp sugar

 1.5 tsp Hot sauce

 1 Shot of Rum

1 Bottle of Citrus flavored cola
