Hello Cleung,

I completely understand your frustrations. Try using a company like Hosted Numbers. Your company's phone numbers can be forwarded to a live receptionist to handle any overflow you may have. It will save you money, time and effort, which will allow you to focus on expanding your business any further without having to worry about the quality of service your customers are receiving.

Hi Cleung! Like many people in this forum, I too had the same bad experience you do way back. I also had trouble finding good employees. I had a problem with the salary expectation and their lack of productivity. I tried outsourcing some of these jobs and to my luck I was able to find an amazing company. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. I never had a problem with productivity, absenteeism, and attitude of their employees. It is such a relief to have a company take care of management for you. If you need recommendation, just PM me.
