You could try to get wordpress, weebly, blog or blogger to setup your website for free with your registered domian.

The uesr 'devbpo2012' is right Try oDesk or Elance. The thing is that you will have to pay for this service as no one will be interested in doing a complete stranger a favour for free. You can try building it yourself. This is simple and can be done by following instructions off the net!

Well I have a suggestion for you. Register on Weebly.com for free then create a Website there as your need.Their system are easy to edit and flexible.After creating the site download it in zip and upload your domain root file using Filezilla or something like.Now your Website is ready.It,s easy to perform.

I can give you one community's name  called  "businessawaaz"  its free community You can create your own webportal or website  in less than 1 Pound.
