I currently don’t have a toll free number on my website. Right now, I just use my regular office number.  Most people email me so far.  I haven’t received any calls (my business is very new though).  On my contact page, I have my mailing address, phone number, email form and Twitter.

Maybe at a certain point, I will get a toll free number.

Hello,

Not only does putting your # help customers call incase of any problems, it also gives you a lot more credibility. I managed a pretty decent size ecommerce company and we had our landline phone # on the website and we switched to 800# and received a lot more calls and a lot more orders.

So i think you should definitely put a toll free #. Anyways, good luck with your business and feel free to ask any more questions.
