I know Typepad is primarily used for hosting blogs. But can you create your actual business website with it as well, complete with e-commerce (shopping cart), support forums, etc? In other words, can Typepad not only host your blogs, but also your business website all in one shot?

Not sure about Typepad but you can make a decent corporate site based on a slightly customized Wordpress.
